Mystery Poem

Mystery Poem

It's time for another exciting Tansy Contest! As I sit here and pause, I can hear the cheers of excitement. I recently made a lavender and argon oil bath soak as a gift for a friend. It came out so cute that I decided to use the extra salts to make a mini version for a giveway. I thought it would be fun to try something different and give you all a break from housekeeping 101. I am currently working my way through a book of poems. Thus far in this literary journey, I have one favorite selection that I will share. You have two options to qualify. Option 1: Make a comment guessing the author of the poem. Please avoid the temptation to google. It's not about getting it right so much as sparking a conversation, even if it is a brief one. Option 2: Leave a deep or shallow thought about said poem. I'll pull the winners name on Thursday so everyone has plenty of time to figure out how to register and click the comment button.

I'm nobody! Who are you?

Are you nobody, too?

Then there's a pair of us-don't tell!

They'd banish us, you know.

How dreary to be somebody!

How public, like a frog

To tell your name the livelong day

To an admiring bog!
